The decor in the rooms is in desperate need of a facelift. chipping paint and shabby lampshades create a worn atmosphere. The bathrooms leave much to be desired—our sink had an ancient cold tap missing its top, and the bath felt unnervingly slippery without a mat or handles. We were also disappointed to learn the restaurant was closed for the night after arriving, forcing us to seek dinner elsewhere. the noise from the nearby main road was bothersome, especially in front-facing rooms.

The cooked breakfast was substantial and well-prepared, showcasing a good variety. The staff were notably professional and cheerful, assisting with our bags upon arrival. lunch options were limited to the dinner menu without simpler choices like sandwiches. Had a great time with friends exploring the nearby Broadway Tower and another local attraction. The room was spacious with nice touches, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was top-notch, and we enjoyed...

I had a lovely one-night stay in a Classic Double Room. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast included delicious local ingredients, especially the homemade jams, which were a standout. the Wi-Fi could be improved for a more seamless experience.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the comfy bed and the beautiful view from our room. After a long day, unwinding at the nearby pub and soaking in the peaceful surroundings was just what we needed. The only thing I'd mention is that some bathroom fixtures seemed a bit dated, but overall, it didn't take away from our experience. 😊

The garden room was lovely, providing easy access to the beer garden. Dinner was surprisingly tasty with great flavors. We especially loved the goats cheese & beetroot risotto!

Freshly prepared breakfast included homemade jams and local eggs, offering excellent flavor. Perfect for relaxation, the garden area had lovely views. The staff were attentive, making the experience enjoyable. Great for dog owners with special treats provided.

Great fresh milk for tea, but no Wi-Fi in the room was disappointing.
